Demonstrated experience and organizational skills to lead a team of 80+ technical consultants Experience mentoring and developing managers Demonstrated experience with operations adoption of IaaC in Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or AWS Significant familiarity with 3 or more domains (e.g., cloud platforms, security, infrastructure, tech strategy, business strategy) Strong public cloud experience with 10+ years of architectural expertise and 2+ years of direct leadership experience Demonstrated ability to design complex architectures and understand technical roles needed to organize a team Proven experience leading large complex technical cloud initiatives in regulated environments Excellent interpersonal communication, self-awareness, social acumen, team building, and personal credibility skills Experience with application performance monitoring tools (Dynatrace) and reporting tools (Splunk, Power BI) Key Responsibilities:
Manage and deliver Cloud Administration and Support Services, Site Reliability Engineering Services, Database Administration and Support Services, Middleware Systems Administration and Support Services, and Batch Job Administration and Support Services Lead and manage a team of technical cloud consultants, setting goals, expectations, and ensuring team alignment to corporate metrics Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to team members Grown and manage the team through establishment of people development processes, hiring, frequent feedback loops, and adjustments Work closely with customers, sales, 3rd party providers, and other business units to ensure successful consulting engagements Understand client technical business and cloud needs, translating them into technical requirements to design and deliver cloud-based solutions Analyze and make recommendations for change programs to drive operational efficiencies Provide architecture overview and quality assurance for programs Shape overall solution with customer teams, progressing to design and implementation stages Work with customer technology, application, security, and business stakeholders to gather and document requirements Own the delivery plan and assume delivery manager role for teams of multiple resources Perform due diligence on proposed designs, identifying potential issues and recommending options Interface with other technology groups to promote common tools and standards globally Perform impact analysis of proposed major changes to customer systems Maintain a close relationship with customer architecture teams Communicate at C-level, giving presentations and written reports DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES LLC is an equal opportunity employer (M/F/D/V) and will not discriminate in hiring, promotion, transfer, compensation, benefits, discipline, termination, or any other employment decision.
