Senior Manager, FP&A – Direct to Consumer (Americas)
to lead and oversee the financial planning and analysis for our DTC business. This role will be critical in shaping commercial strategy, driving sales and margin performance, and ensuring financial excellence for one of SharkNinja’s most dynamic units. Position Overview
The
Senior Manager, FP&A – Direct to Consumer
will lead the finance team supporting the Americas DTC business. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, focusing on
commercial strategy ,
sales and margin management ,
financial forecasting & actuals reporting , and
point-of-sale (POS) analysis . You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product development, and operations teams to drive financial performance and execute SharkNinja’s strategic goals in the DTC space. Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategic Oversight:
Lead and develop the FP&A team for the Americas DTC business, ensuring alignment with SharkNinja’s overall financial and strategic objectives. Own the financial management process, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting of actuals. Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and margin optimization. Partner with senior leadership to align financial strategies with long-term business goals. Commercial Strategy & Margin Management:
Oversee the commercial strategy for the DTC business, ensuring alignment between pricing, promotions, and product strategies to maximize profitability. Analyze and manage sales and margin performance, identifying risks and opportunities. Provide actionable insights to drive key initiatives such as product launches and promotional campaigns. Financial Reporting & Analysis:
Lead POS reporting to track sales performance, oversee financial analysis and reporting, and implement financial models to improve forecasting and decision-making. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, operations, and investment teams to align financial strategies, optimize inventory, and support strategic resource allocation. Act as a trusted financial advisor to stakeholders. Process Improvement & Best Practices:
Drive FP&A process improvements, establish best practices, and monitor KPIs to ensure alignment with business goals. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related; MBA preferred. 12+ years in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles. Experience in e-commerce or DTC financial management. Proven leadership in FP&A teams and driving financial performance. Advanced skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting tools; proficiency in software like Adaptive Insights, Power BI, Domo.
