The Opportunity The ACH Origination Specialist is responsible for onboarding new clients and delivering comprehensive technical and operational support to both internal and external clients. This role ensures clients using the bank’s ACH services are accurately configured to originate. Performs all duties in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the Company operates. How You’ll Make a Difference Client Onboarding Facilitate the onboarding ACH origination services. Review and validate client documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with bank standards.

Support & Maintenance Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to ACH Origination activities which include but not limited to transactions, file formats, and error resolution. Process maintenance requests such as limit adjustments and account updates. Assist clients with troubleshooting file rejections and platform navigation.

Operational Excellence Support quality assurance efforts to ensure accuracy and consistency in daily operations. Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver reliable and exceptional client experience.
