Prepare standard and ad hoc financial reports summarizing key performance indicators and profitability at the practice group, office, and attorney level. Support the financial managers in design and preparation of the monthly financial reporting package; participate in monthly review calls with senior management and address follow-ups. Configure specifications to extract data from the Firm’s financial reporting software accurately and efficiently. Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve inquiries related to financial matters; collaborate with other analysts and cross-functional teams to resolve issues. Perform ongoing audits of financial system data to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial reporting SOPs. Assist with the annual budgeting process and the analysis of lateral hires. Support the maintenance of the Firm’s financial software and reporting tools. Assist with quarterly and annual bank surveys. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree 1-3 years of finance, accounting or consulting experience Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word) Familiarity with financial reporting software Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills Strong mathematical and analytical skills Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities Ability to handle and maintain confidential information Ability to learn new concepts and skills quickly Ability to work collaboratively on a team Job Details
