Porsche Cars North America Lead account management of existing network partners maintain strong relationships with PCNA’s key public charging partners, including Electrify America, ChargePoint, and Tesla, to ensure alignment with Porsche’s strategic goals. Lead and manage project schedules, project budgets, and project deliverables for adding additional partners independently Establish and continuously enhance collaboration models tailored to each Charge Point Operator (CPO) to drive mutually beneficial partnerships. Act as a strong advocate for Porsche customers by ensuring the delivery of high-quality public charging services and fostering a customer-centric approach with all partners. Coordinate alignment and troubleshooting activities across PCNA, PCL and PAG Derive visions and ideas on how to further improve the customer journey and integration of the Porsche Charging Service in customer touchpoints, this includes, but is not limited to apps for smartphone and vehicles Responsible for the creation and integration of business processes that ensure the effective exploitation of charging profit pool opportunities within the appropriate departments Collaborate with domain experts within PCNA to manage contracts and oversee financial controlling aspects of supplier agreements, ensuring transparency and accountability. Evaluate and assess additional charging networks and CPOs for potential partnerships, driving further collaboration and integration into the Porsche Charging Service ecosystem to enhance the charging experience for customers.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology or related field Graduate degree or MBA preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Automotive, Technology or Consulting industry Familiarity with the US EV charging market and regulatory landscape; 2 years’ experience in the EV charging industry preferred Strategic thinking and leadership skills, with a proven track record in supplier management Experienced in negotiation in complex environments Entrepreneurial thinking and ability to work with a varying level of ambiguity and uncertainty Previous experience leading cross-functional teams and multi-project management required, preferred with international teams Experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources Technical experience in EV charging and related technologies is preferred Passion for sustainability and the future of mobility Retail and customer service experience a plus Advanced experience with standard MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Percentage of required travel: 10%

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment. This role is based in Atlanta, GA with a hybrid schedule.

The salary range for this role is $115,000 - $125,000. However, it is important to note that at Porsche, compensation range is dependent on geographic location. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skillset. Porsche reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.

In addition to salary, individuals may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus. Our full suite of benefits includes:
