Work on program sustainment and modernization efforts spanning the product lifecycle, including customer engagement, requirements definition, software/hardware development & integration, system test & validation, deployment & maintenance. Collaborate with the program team across systems, software, cybersecurity, and infrastructure to ensure delivery with minimal impact to operations; perform integration, test, and documentation to ensure proper operation in factory and operational platforms. Adhere to development standards and processes, participate in peer reviews, maintain test environments and coverage, provide feedback for product improvements, and ensure quality and performance. Support program Product Owners across sustainment, infrastructure, and/or modernization facets. Coordinate with the Lead Systems Engineer to ensure reliable, maintainable, and deployable system execution that meets operational performance. Apply cross-domain knowledge and automation tool solution experience; demonstrate strong problem-solving, self-motivation, and effective verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to learn and expand experience; thrive in a team environment. Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years of experience. Minimum 8 years of experience in integration, testing, requirements development. Experience using Agile methodologies. Experience with Atlassian/Jira for task management. Experience with configuring, integrating, and troubleshooting applications. Linux command line, scripting; Windows Server experience. Active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required for eligibility to access information under this program/contract. Qualifications We Prefer
Configuration Management experience Experience with Test Driven Development Experience with Ansible, Puppet, or Chef Experience using continuous integration tools such as Jenkins RHEL certification Security+, Linux+ certifications Nessus/ACAS experience Experience with Selenium What We Offer
