System Administrator Hours:

Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or as agreed; Saturday rotation 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; On-Call support based on business needs. Salary Range:

$116,900 – $167,900 (base pay) Compensation Will Be Based On Candidate Qualifications. Responsibilities

Supports and contributes to the secure and effective provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of critical Information Systems infrastructure. Essential activities include systems and software support, system maintenance, problem management, writing and maintaining technical documentation, and participating in department and organization level projects. Deliver Service Desk support and assist with tasks in addition to assigned duties. Monitors and tracks issues in Service Desk ticketing platform as required. Assists with escalations from other team members and provides mentoring to less experienced team members. Qualifications

Requires a minimum of 6-8 years of experience and training in computer technology as well as providing internal and/or external customer technical support and service. Hands-on networking experience required including ACLs, routing and switching, NAC, SD-WAN, 802.1x, firewall management, IPsec and remote access VPNs, and security tools. Technology-specific experience and certifications related to Cloud, Virtualization, Networking, Security (e.g., Azure, Cisco, Microsoft, Nutanix, VMware, Zscaler, etc.) is preferred. Bachelor's degree in a technology field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills, including being professional, approachable, and maintaining a positive demeanor. Must be able to master new computer technology and to identify, troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical computer and software related problems. Must be well organized with the ability to work well collaboratively and autonomously in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks and priorities. MUST HAVE GOOD CREDIT.
