is seeking
Counterintelligence Due Diligence Officers
to support our client in the Northern Virginia area. This position offers multiple openings. The level of the position depends on the applicant's qualifications and experience.
Applicants will be evaluated and assigned a level from 1-5 based on their experience and customer feedback after multiple assessments.
Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 1 to 20+ years of relevant professional experience; candidates with a Master’s degree are highly desirable.
Experience conducting vulnerability analysis or surveys.
Ability to confidently deliver clear and concise briefings.
Strong knowledge of foreign adversaries’ intelligence capabilities, including cyber/technical, information operations, and HUMINT.
Understanding of offensive and defensive counter-intelligence methods.
Familiarity with concepts involved in CI risk analysis, including insider threat detection.
Knowledge of and experience in intelligence operations fundamentals, including risk assessment.
For level 5: at least 2 overseas tours (CONUS or OCONUS) or 4 years of TDY experience.
Must possess a high-level US Government-issued clearance at the time of application.
Desired qualifications:
Experience in Intelligence Operations, Analysis, or Support to Field Operations.
Experience identifying targeting leads through exploitation of all-source databases to craft targeting packages.
Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices.
Formal CI training and/or certifications.
Overseas experience supporting collection operations and information sharing.
Foreign language skills.
