Job Summary As a Catering Manager, you will manage the Catering Department, oversee event setups, train staff, and ensure excellent service during events. Responsibilities Supervise all catering events Manage logistics, sanitation, and facility activities Collaborate with the Chef on menu creation Train staff in service, menu presentation, and customer service Monitor labor and food costs Maintain client relationships Perform foodservice-related duties Other duties as assigned Qualifications 2+ years food service experience, including 1+ year management Catering experience required Knowledge of food trends, sanitation, and cost controls Financial and computer skills, including MS Office ServSafe and OLCC certifications We consider all qualified applicants, including those with a criminal history, in accordance with laws.
