Analyst, Investment Platform Solutions at Voya Investment Management. The role reports to the SVP, Investment Data & Analytics. Success requires a strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail. This role oversees key configurations in the investment platform. Responsibilities

Analytics Data Oversight: Accountable for oversight of investment analytics data within equity & multi-asset portfolios. Ensure analytics deliverables are completed timely and accurately. Perform root cause analysis on data quality issues affecting investment data and coordinate resolution with other groups. Escalate issues with a solutions-oriented approach. Identify gaps in controls and propose solutions. Stakeholder Engagement: Consult with groups including Risk, Investment Teams, Compliance, etc., on daily production and key initiatives. Portfolio & Benchmark Setup: Liaise with client service and investment teams to ensure portfolios and respective benchmarks are set up timely and maintained. Investment Platform Configuration: Apply knowledge of the investment platform configuration to support initiatives (e.g., setup and maintenance of portfolios, portfolio groups, benchmarks, permissions). Commission Management: Work with investment teams and compliance to ensure accurate commission rates on transactions for reporting purposes. Key Projects: Drive conversations related to team projects and initiatives. Investment Strategy Knowledge: Become fluent in various investment strategies and their nuances; maintain documentation accordingly. Vendor Engagement: Drive relationships with key vendors, raise outstanding items, coordinate enhancements within the investment platform with the vendor. Data Requests: Respond promptly to investment data requests from traders, portfolio managers, sales and client service personnel. Investment Data Concepts: Engage in discussions applying deep knowledge of investment data concepts. Benchmark Rebalance Processes: Analyze benchmark rebalances to ensure data is comprehensive and accurate. Continuous Improvement: Propose new and improved controls and procedural enhancements. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field. Highly effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. Problem solving and ability to execute process improvements resulting in robust processes. Demonstrated knowledge and/or ability to learn investment products. Ability to train, lead, build and mentor staff. Set objectives for the team to foster growth. Cultivate key relationships across the organization to ensure connection among various teams at Voya Investment Management. Represent the team in key discussions and collaborate across teams to devise comprehensive solutions. Ability to multi-task, set direction and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and eagerness to develop and learn. Analytical mindset with strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 2-4 years’ experience in a similar capacity within investment management preferred; experience in investment management required. Advanced Excel skills; SQL skills a plus. Interest or progress toward CFA, a plus. Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 USD. The range reflects expected hiring range in listed locations. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (e.g., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on role and performance. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, experience, education, licensure requirements and skill level; final offer will be determined at hire.
