D365 ERP Technical Consultant - Public Sector at Crowe. As a D365 ERP team member in Crowe’s Consulting Practice, you help clients resolve business needs through analyzing data and defining, crafting, developing, and implementing business and technology solutions. You will be empowered to take risks, challenge yourself in specialized areas of consulting & technology, and generate solutions that impact the firm and your professional growth. Responsibilities

Assist clients with the implementation of technology as they transform their business. Enhance governance, identify risks, and support compliance through system implementation and/or enhancement. Assist clients with technology-enabled process improvement and help refine their information security environment. Develop, implement, support, and deliver Crowe technology solutions; play a key role through innovation. Understand clients\' business processes and technical requirements in system integration, business intelligence, enhancement design and development, and provide technical client training. Develop and extend core ERP functionality; provide hands-on support for clients; integrate with third-party applications and build apps. Assist in cloud adoption plans; configure integrations between enterprise systems using Azure; integrate IoT on Azure; implement multi-factor security and identity management solutions. Focus knowledge building on ERP technologies such as D365, NetSuite, and Salesforce. Provide custom development when needed. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills; troubleshoot and identify root causes. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing; simplify and convey complex concepts to stakeholders. Collaborate across skillsets and geographies with strong interpersonal and team-building abilities. Adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment; willingness to learn new technologies and upskill. Willingness to travel 75% or more annually. Experience in data mapping and validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Education

Compensation : The wage range for this role is estimated at $62,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on factors such as skill sets, experience, certifications, and location.
