Base pay range: $78,000.00/yr - $104,000.00/yr Additional compensation: Annual Bonus Position Summary
Manager, Treasury is responsible for managing all aspects of daily and period-end corporate treasury operations, including cash monitoring and the related reporting and forecasting, maintenance of banking relationships, and day-to-day debt administration (such as credit card programs, revolving credit facilities, and term loans). With direction from the Treasurer, Manager, Treasury will also provide support for strategic aspects of the company’s treasury function, including the corporate silver hedging program, selection/design/implementation of treasury technology solutions, and special projects on an as-needed basis. Manager, Treasury will coordinate with other members of the global treasury team, as well as contribute to development/maintenance of and adherence to treasury department policies, procedures, and internal controls consistent with the organization’s objectives, needs, and regulatory body requirements. Responsibilities
Monitor daily cash positions and forecast short-term cash needs Review, approve, and release disbursements (including ACH and wire payments) Review and summarize weekly interim cash activity Develop accurate cash flow forecasts to support financial planning and decision making Prepare and present regular reports on cash flow, liquidity, and treasury activities, including month-end close process Oversee monthly reconciliation of bank accounts Preparation and interpretation of financial reports and cash flow statements Preparation of treasury book Coordinate and manage information requests from internal customers, including those related to month-end close process and year-end financial statements (e.g., produce debt, interest, and hedge accounting entries for GL; year-end schedules for the financial statements, including weighted average interest rate, debt FMV, factored receivables, etc.) Assist with the organization’s capital structure and financing needs Managing debt obligations, including repayment schedules and interest rate risk Prepare revolver borrowing notices Prepare prepayment notifications (e.g., revolver, remitting proceeds, etc.) Optimize debt terms to minimize interest costs Support implementation of corporate hedging strategy Monitor and manage corporate credit card programs Monitor and manage corporate treasury department budget Oversee treasury technology solutions and recommend/implement enhancements, as necessary Propose and implement strategies to maximize cash efficiency and minimize idle balances Coordinate banking relationships and manage bank accounts Supervise maintenance and update signatories on global bank accounts Stay informed about market trends and regulatory changes affecting the treasury function Ensure compliance with internal controls related to treasury operations Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards Support special projects, as needed Qualifications
5+ years in treasury management Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field Strong financial analysis skills and ability to interpret complex financial data Knowledge of financial instruments, cash management techniques, and investment strategies Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including strong Excel skills Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Desirable Skills
MBA or CTP preferred Proficiency with SAP Position Details
