TikTok Community & Brand Activations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead community engagement, creator relationships, and TikTok Shop activations for one of the
top 1% brands on TikTok . This is a
remote role
with opportunities for in-person collaboration during major brand activations, events, or strategy sessions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of
community strategy, influencer partnerships, and event marketing . You’ll serve as the bridge between our brand and its audience — cultivating trust, driving loyalty, and ensuring our creators and customers feel deeply connected. You’ll also play a key role in
planning and executing brand activation events
that bring our community to life both online and offline. Responsibilities Build and manage an engaged brand community across TikTok, livestreams, and creator/affiliate networks. Develop strong, long-term relationships with top creators, affiliates, and brand advocates — ensuring they feel supported, connected, and motivated to represent the brand. Coordinate day-to-day community activities, creator outreach, and TikTok Shop affiliate support. Plan and execute brand activation events (virtual and in-person) that drive awareness, strengthen community ties, and create content opportunities. Moderate and manage interactions across livestreams, comments, and community spaces to maintain a positive, authentic brand presence. Partner with marketing, creative, and livestream teams to align campaign strategies and messaging. Support TikTok Shop operations, including product setup, campaign execution, and reporting. Track and analyze engagement data to identify trends, improve strategies, and optimize for community growth and conversions. Stay ahead of TikTok trends, platform updates, and competitor activity. Good-to-Have Experience 3-5+ years in community management, influencer relations, or event marketing
(agency, brand, or platform side). Demonstrated success in planning and executing brand activations, live events, or experiential campaigns. Strong familiarity with Discord. Hands-on familiarity with TikTok Shop, affiliate/creator ecosystems, or social commerce tools. Experience managing or mentoring junior team members (or cross-functional project leadership). Strong professional network in the health, wellness, lifestyle, or social commerce space. Proven ability to translate community engagement into measurable business growth. Comfort with both remote work collaboration and occasional travel for live events or strategic meetings.
