Golfzon Social is coming to Brooklyn, NY! We are excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Floor supervisor. The Floor supervisor assists in oversight of all aspects of the Golfzon hospitality experience: a bar and restaurant anchored by high-tech indoor golf simulators.

Our company is currently looking for a highly-skilled, experienced and motivated Floor Manager. The successful candidate will be adept at satisfying the demands of our clientele and maintaining a positive working atmosphere. The ideal candidate for this position should have a proven track record of respectful and adept communication skills, the capability to effectively lead teams and the experience to respond to any unexpected situations that may arise.
Compensation: $20 - 22 / hour plus tips
Responsibilities include:
Produce daily reports related to games and sales, food and beverage labor costs, inventory etc. for management
Assists in reconciliation of daily cash, accounts receivable and accounts payable charges
Assists in overseeing the care and maintenance of the property’s physical assets and facilities
Oversee all FOH and BOH operations during you shift.
assist with Event emails and event BEO's
assist with event protocols and SOP's during events
Qualifications and Knowledge Requirements:
1‐3 years’ experience in the Hospitality industry
Must have supervisory, coaching and staff development experience
Four‐year college degree preferred
Must have exceptional customer service skills
Must be proficient in Excel, Access, Word, POS systems
Must have a strong business aptitude and passion for the customer service industry
Must be highly motivated, goal driven and self‐starter
