EY’s Oracle Services practice supports area offices by providing resources that can design, architect, deliver and lead innovative solutions leveraging Oracle SaaS and PaaS capabilities. This group advises clients to understand, architect and implement the core applications and technology required to run their business. Responsibilities

Manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with a strong focus on quality, risk management, and continuous improvement. Innovate through research and benchmarking best practices while managing professional employees and supervisory responsibilities to meet performance objectives. Lead workstreams with strategic oversight; participate in client sessions and drive workstreams from planning to execution. Identify additional service opportunities to drive sales and lead specific RFP responses and engagement economics. Execute resource planning within budget constraints and travel as required by client engagements. Ensure billability through chargeable work to external clients. Develop and maintain client relationships and networks, both internally and externally. Interact with supply chain and technology executives and align with agile development methodologies, application integration, and quality assurance. Qualifications

A 4-year bachelor’s degree is required, with 4–6 years of relevant experience. 4–6 years of experience with SCM/ERP application implementations, with at least 2 years in a managerial and IT/business integration role. 2–3 full cycle implementations of Oracle SCM Cloud and 3–4 Oracle EBS Applications implementations focusing on Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, Product Information Management, Procurement, and Manufacturing modules. 2–3 years of hands-on experience with FBDI, OTBI, REST, and SOAP. Proven track record with integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or other leading integration platforms for Oracle Cloud Applications. Experience with Oracle methodologies such as OUM or AIM. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills; interest in integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills. Willing and able to travel 60–80% of a work schedule. Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including emerging technologies, SOA governance, and new technologies.
