Starbucks is seeking a Store Manager who will manage store operations, drive financial success, build great teams, and create a welcoming community meeting place for partners and customers. 3 years retail / customer service management experience, or 4+ years of US military service Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales-focused environment Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners Minimum High School diploma or GED Requirements
