Responsibilities
Sales and Profit: Infuse your passion for Claire's products into achieving retail store targets, fostering growth, and spreading the joy of self-expression; implementing strategies and promotions to drive traffic and increase sales.

Piercing Excellence: Join the ranks of our piercing experts through comprehensive training. Become a trusted guide for customers — conducting piercings, educating on aftercare, maintaining a sterile environment, addressing questions and concerns throughout the process.
Store Operations: Oversee operations with efficiency and flair, including inventory management, cash handling, visual merchandising, and coordinating promotional activities, ensuring store operations reflect Claire's fun and joy.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, manage, and develop your team. Foster a culture of collaboration, motivation, and accountability to drive results and help team members reach their full potential.
Brand Representation: Showcase Claire's products with enthusiasm, offer fashion-related tips, and ensure the store is well-merchandised reflecting latest trends and maximizing sales opportunities.
About You

Retail & Leadership Experience: At least one year of retail management experience preferred, with a proven ability to drive sales and support team success.
Confidence in Piercing Services: Willingness to become a trained piercing specialist and provide expert guidance to customers.
Strong Communication & Selling Skills: You engage customers, build relationships, and close sales.
Ability to Work Independently: Self-motivated, organized, and able to take charge when needed.
Passion for Fashion: Stay up-to-date with trends to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
Curated Look During Shifts: Ability to create a fashion look with product during your shift.
Job Requirements
You can conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, particularly with young or anxious customers.
Proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently.
High school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of retail management experience.
You can stand for scheduled shifts and maneuver 11-35kg (25-75lbs).
You can bend, stoop, extend reaching, and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise and assisting customers.
Passionate about providing customers opportunities to express themselves daily.
Energetic in interactions with customers and committed to excellent service.

Strong verbal and written communication with customers, employees, and management.
Good mathematical skills for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.

Compensation Range: $20.13 - $22.63

The final compensation will be determined by factors such as experience, education, certifications, skills, and location.
