As a
Customer Success Manager-AI , you will drive client success by ensuring clients fully leverage our AI-driven software and digital marketing solutions. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, guiding setup and execution of paid social media campaigns (primarily on Facebook) while continuously optimizing to deliver maximum ROI. This is a strategic, highly collaborative role blending customer success, digital marketing, and business development. The ideal candidate will coach clients on best practices, deliver measurable value, and foster long-term satisfaction and growth. Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Retention: Be the trusted advisor for a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships, ensuring high satisfaction, and proactively addressing concerns to foster continued success with the PSAI platform. Facebook Ads Strategy & Optimization: Coach clients on developing, executing, and optimizing high-performing Facebook Ad campaigns, including ad setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, creative best practices, and performance analysis (CTR, ROI, cost per lead). PSAI Platform Expertise: Become an expert in the PSAI platform’s AI-driven tools and educate clients on integrating the software into their digital marketing strategy to achieve business outcomes. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Regularly review campaign metrics, provide actionable insights, and adjust strategies to meet client objectives. Strategic Digital Marketing Advisor: Advise clients on holistic digital marketing strategies, emphasizing how AI tools can enhance paid social and lead generation. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and marketing teams; provide client feedback to inform enhancements and create educational content. Identify Growth Opportunities: Proactively identify opportunities to expand service utilization and present relevant features, services, and upgrades. Desired Traits

2+ years of dedicated Customer Success Management experience Proven hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Facebook Business Manager, including setup, management, and optimization of various campaigns Experience writing, testing, and analyzing paid social ad campaigns with a focus on ROI Direct experience dealing with clients, ideally in a B2B or B2C setting Exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical abilities and ability to derive actionable insights from data Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a diverse client portfolio Customer service-focused with a proactive, solution-oriented approach Fundamental understanding of digital marketing, including search marketing principles Why Join Us?
