As we expand our footprint and continue our growth journey, we are looking for a professional and driven part-time Office Manager (m/f/d) to join our team. At Mutares, you’ll have the opportunity to represent our company, working alongside industry experts and ensuring the efficient operation of our office. Your Tasks
Oversee front desk operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors and staff Coordinate day-to-day office operations by handling general administrative duties Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed Support the Human Resources department with payroll processing and manage employee records Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Your Profile:
Entry-Level position, previous experience is a plus Friendly and approachable demeanor with a professional appearance and a strong service-oriented mindset Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication in English combined with a high level of discretion and professionalism Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
