Eagleview, the leader in aerial imagery, is hiring a PMO Region Manager to lead a team of Project Managers and oversee projects from planning through delivery. The role liaises between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated. You will utilize appropriate tools to plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, and completion date, and you will communicate schedules and changes to all stakeholders. You will plan and facilitate project meetings to align the project workforce to methods and goals and to track project tasks. Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries. Monitor task completion status to identify at-risk project tasks and to evolve mitigation plans. You will allocate resources, budgets, and hours to the project and adjust allocations when necessary. Responsibilities

Leads regional Project Managers (PM) operations Manages strategic initiatives and serves as a key member of the PMO leadership team Manage team of 2 - 4 PMs Supervise the flow of information to internal and external customers including, but not limited to contract details, deliverables, project status, project history, timelines, and image quality Provide clear and frequent communication and updates both internally and externally to drive a positive project outcome Evolve and maintain a consultative relation with clients Coordinate project details, expectations, and issues internally with Sales, Contracts, Processing, and Production departments Work with Flight Operations and Sales to establish project viability as it relates to airspace, elevation constraints, and efficiency Track project status and communicate that status internally and externally Supervise environmental alerts as they pertain to quality control Support Program Managers’ overall reporting by providing project-level detail and status Independently identify risks and propose solutions to project-related issues DRP rotating team coverage weeknights and weekends Other duties as assigned Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Imaging Science, GIS or another related field 4+ years of management experience 3 - 5 years Project Management experience or another related work experience Previous Geospatial experience Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt / Agile process experience Trustworthy and an excellent team player; provide mentorship to less experienced department members, share tips/skills to help the department work more efficiently and promote a supportive environment for all colleagues Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability; ability to switch gears when priorities and workloads change in a dynamic work environment Resourceful; ability to quickly learn new applications such as ArcGIS (ESRI's ArcMap), database programs, and Salesforce.com Demonstrates a strong work ethic; acts as an owner, takes on challenges willingly and helps others without question Possess robust knowledge of technology Experience with creating and enforcing schedules Project Management Software – Cloud Coach a plus Excellent organizational and planning skills; ability to keep accurate detailed records and communicate project needs in a timely manner Ability to work efficiently and respond quickly to internal and external inquiries Completes work in a timely fashion and helps others without question Punctuality and willingness to work until the task is completed Complete comfort with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office software Employment type
