Capabilities & Change Management Lead - SILC role at Sanofi. Location: Cambridge, MA. Capabilities & Change Management Lead - SILC What you will do
Design launch learning programs to upskill the organization: identify commercialization and launch capability gaps and design scalable upskilling programs that integrate SILC digital capabilities and resources. Identify capability gaps across teams and collaborate with L&D to tailor learning journeys aligned with the ONE Sanofi Launch foundation and overall business objectives. Work with relevant partners to design and implement foundational learning programs that integrate SILC tools, resources, and playbooks into training so teams are prepared to use these during product launches. Define key learning profiles and capabilities for different functions to ensure consistency across all teams involved in the commercialization and launch process. Ensure critical processes, including launch and brand planning, are designed and aligned with overarching business strategies and therapeutic area plans for launch. Implement scalable learning: create rollout plans for targeted upskilling and ensure adoption of scalable programs across the organization. Create simplified launch training processes and integrate learning initiatives into existing systems to drive efficiency. Develop a scalable adoption plan with KPIs to monitor progress on upskilling and update programs to stay relevant to evolving business needs and global teams. Collaborate with internal cross-functional partners and external vendors: align learning journeys with the ONE Sanofi Launch foundation for effective execution. Assess current capability gaps and develop targeted upskilling plans aligned with commercialization and launch strategy; inform learning journeys within the SILC organization; work with external vendors to implement programs. About You
You have extensive experience in capabilities & change management with a strong background in upskilling organizations through digital solutions. You understand digital learning platforms and have experience implementing them. You have expertise in upskilling capabilities and profiles aligned with organizational goals. You have led cross-functional initiatives with teams in brand strategy, commercialization, and operational functions. You have a proven ability to design and launch large-scale change management programs. You are experienced with digital tools and platforms to enhance learning and development strategies. You have experience in the US market– particularly in specialty launches. You are skilled in identifying and addressing critical capability gaps to drive performance and alignment across teams. You have strong project management and process design skills, with the ability to integrate learning strategies with broader organizational goals. You are a role model of Take the Lead behaviors. A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required; MBA/Advanced Degree is desirable. Fluent English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Why Choose Us?
