Key responsibilities

Develop and Execute Global Channel Marketing Strategies and Programs: Design and lead scalable channel marketing programs aligned with the company\'s cybersecurity platform and Ideal Customer Profile. Drive Global Channel Go-to-Market (GTM) Initiatives: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies and marketing programs with channel partners that highlight our

Regional Alignment and Localization: Collaborate with regional marketing leaders in North America, EMEA, and APAC to localize campaign assets, synchronize calendars, and support region-specific partner priorities. Campaign Execution: Deploy integrated marketing campaigns, partner nurture programs, and joint demand-gen efforts across all key geographies. Partner Enablement: Develop and maintain globally consistent yet regionally tailored onboarding content, sales enablement kits, and partner communications. Events and Sponsorships: Partner with Field Marketing to drive global and regional partner event strategies, ensuring consistent messaging and strategic presence. Performance Metrics and Optimization: Track KPIs such as partner-sourced pipeline, engagement, and MDF effectiveness across all geographies. Conduct quarterly marketing reviews with partner leadership to assess success, identify gaps, and ensure ongoing alignment. Content Creation and Distribution: Collaborate with internal teams to create and distribute partner marketing assets, including datasheets, email templates, battle cards, and campaign kits. Administer the partner portal and ensure content is up-to-date and accessible. Cross-Functional Leadership: Liaise with Channel Sales & Sales Engineering, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Corporate Communications, Brand teams, and Operations to ensure cohesive GTM execution. Platform Management: Utilize CRM systems (like Salesforce) and partner portals to scale communications and measure partner performance. Budget Management: Manage budgets and partner Market Development Funds (MDF) to maximize impact and optimize spending. Required skills and experience

Proven Experience: 6–10 years of B2B marketing experience with 5+ years in channel or partner marketing roles. Cybersecurity Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including emerging threats, solutions, and key trends. Channel Ecosystem Knowledge: Deep understanding of channel ecosystems, including VARs, SPs, MSPs, and global alliances. Global Program Management: Proven track record managing global channel programs with coordination across multiple regions (e.g., North America, EMEA, and APAC). Communication and Collaboration Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with experience in cross-regional collaboration. Project Management Expertise: Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously. Marketing Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (Salesforce and HubSpot), and partner portals. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting on campaign performance metrics, partner engagement, and ROI to inform future strategy and optimization. Travel: Ability to travel up to 50% of the time. Location: Located in the United States with proximity to a major airport. Educational Background: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is highly desired. This role requires a proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven individual who is passionate about cybersecurity and building strong partner relationships. Notice of Pay Transparency: The compensation for this position may vary depending on factors such as location, skills and experience. Depending on the nature and seniority of the role, a percentage of compensation may come in the form of a commission-based or discretionary bonus. Equity and additional benefits will also be awarded.
