Angel City is looking for a

Sr. Manager, Premium Service

to support the growth of Angel City FC's fan base and ticketing department. Providing thoughtful, strategic servicing to our Season Ticket Members and fans is paramount to Angel City's success. This role will report to the Vice President of Ticketing.

Responsibilities

Provide inclusive, purpose-driven leadership to coach and support the Premium Service team, setting clear performance goals and fostering a high-performing, innovative culture.

Drive premium and overall ticketing revenue growth through strategic renewals, new sales, upsells, and staff development, in close collaboration with Ticketing leadership.

Partner with the Senior Manager of Ticket Services to deliver unified and impactful service communications, campaigns, and member touchpoints across all levels of membership.

Lead the planning and execution of premium benefits, member events, and daily service experiences that create meaningful, personalized connections with the Angel City community.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams—including Marketing, Data, Creative, and Partnerships—to elevate the premium member journey and ensure alignment with ACFC's brand, mission, and storytelling.

Ensure accurate, strategic management of books of business and reporting in partnership with Data & Analytics, leveraging platforms such as Salesforce, Archtics, and Tableau to drive accountability and monitor team performance.

Manage partner ticketing needs and maintain high-touch relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, to provide best-in-class service.

Oversee premium matchday operations in coordination with internal teams and stadium vendors, ensuring seamless suite logistics, food & beverage service, and overall experience across all premium spaces.

Proactively identify, prospect, and close new premium sales opportunities across suites, clubs, and hospitality products.

Develop creative B2B outreach strategies to engage executives, business leaders, and local organizations, positioning ACFC premium experiences as relationship-building platforms.

Leverage existing member relationships to generate referrals and new business opportunities, creating a continuous sales pipeline.

Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals through disciplined activity, pipeline management, and solution-based selling.

Requirements

A minimum of five years working in ticketing and service, preferably within professional sports, luxury, or hospitality

A successful track record in selling and servicing high-value accounts, focusing on long-term customer relationships and retention

Experience working with C-level executives, presenting and selling to top-tier clients

Proven experience in selling long-term suites and managing multi-year deals, along with a solid understanding of premium club spaces

Experience managing daily, monthly, and annual expectations

Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays

Proven track record of high-level, quantitative service success

Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal

Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Personable, proactive, creative, and innovative team player who believes in the mission and values of Angel City and the NWSL

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to anticipate, respond to, and resolve all complaints, requests, and inquiries from the assigned account base in a timely and professional manner

Ideal to have knowledge and proficiency in Archtics, Salesforce, and Tableau

Compensation In addition to the benefits above, this role has an annual salary of $80,000.
