Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a skilled Patent Agent with a minimum of two years of patent prosecution experience to join its thriving Intellectual Property practice. Draft and prosecute patent applications in collaboration with inventors and attorneys Evaluate invention disclosures and assess patentability Respond to USPTO Office Actions Work closely with clients to develop and manage strategic IP portfolios Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering or a related field Registered to practice before the USPTO (or eligible for registration) At least two years of patent prosecution experience Exceptional academic credentials and communication skills Experience
Client-facing experience in managing patent portfolios Technical background in autonomous vehicles, robotics, natural processing, computer vision, or wireless communications This position offers a collaborative environment and a clear path for career advancement within one of the most respected law firms in the country
