We are growing one of our Federal Tax specialty areas—Private Client Services (PCS). PCS works with private companies, their owners, and high net worth individuals, serving as advisor, advocate, teammate, and partner. We deliver highly personalized solutions to help clients achieve long-term goals. We are seeking a Manager to join our PCS team. How You Will Contribute

Provide tax and consulting services to high net worth individuals in areas including individual income tax, wealth transfer and succession planning, and international tax. Demonstrate extensive technical skills with tax compliance for individual tax clients, including forms 1040, 1041, 709, and FinCEN 114. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team on tax-planning for individual clients. Identify, research, and analyze a wide range of complex tax issues. Manage day-to-day accounts to ensure timely and accurate work products. Supervise, mentor, and develop Associates and Senior Associates, supporting on-the-job training and performance feedback. Manage workload and deadlines with a focus on quality, efficiency, and project team effectiveness. Lead client calls to understand key areas and apply tax knowledge to client situations. Create deliverables that are concise, complete, and address client-critical elements. Clearly communicate work plans, objectives, and timelines to multidisciplinary teams. Foster open expression of ideas and diverse perspectives. Build client relationships and demonstrate knowledge of client businesses; assume additional responsibility quickly as opportunities arise. Assist with business development, including creating resources and proposal materials. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 4+ years’ experience with high net worth individuals in tax planning, reviewing client workpapers, and preparing income tax returns CPA or Licensed Attorney Experience leading and managing work streams and mentoring junior staff Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to articulate complex tax concepts and influence clients Strong research, writing, and analytical skills Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Experience with GoSystems, OneSource, and research software preferred Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines High motivation to learn and grow Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Your journey at A&M
