About The Role
Our client is looking for a multi-skilled, social-native Content Creator who is an expert on storytelling, culture, and creativity. You’ll join an in-house creative team to concept, shoot, edit, and design visually compelling content on corporate social channels and new, emerging platforms. You’ll lead culture-forward storytelling and inform best-in-class content for the company. You should be able to take ideas from a brief or spot opportunities in cultural conversations and independently execute at the speed of culture. You will handle social listening, trend spotting, untapped opportunities, and report on impact to the business. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and designed for someone who is a social creator, editor, and designer with a keen eye for culture. What You\'ll Do
Content Creation — Create content optimized for social platforms, from behind-the-scenes pieces to branded campaigns, series, and lo-fi, platform-native moments. Concept, storyboard and pitch ideas that align with cultural moments, events, brand campaigns, and company priorities. Work autonomously to bring those ideas to life. Shoot on-location, in-studio, or in-the-moment with an understanding of natural lighting, framing, and composition. Interview people across our iconic house of brands to craft authentic content centered on people, culture, and personal style. Build trusted relationships in fast interviews to pull the best stories on and off camera. Editing & Post-Production — Edit video and photo content for Reels, TikTok, and other digital channels. Apply a strong understanding of how to optimize creative performance by channel. Apply motion graphics, captions, transitions, and visual effects. Turn high-quality edits quickly and independently when needed. Social-First Design — Design static and motion assets that feel native to each platform (social carousels, infographics, motion titles, etc.). Translate creative briefs into visuals that feel on-brand, authentic, and culturally relevant. Platform & Trend Fluency — Stay on top of platform trends, emerging creator styles, untapped opportunities, and audience behavior, bringing fresh ideas and formats to respond at the speed of social. Test new tools and creative formats to optimize reach, engagement, and storytelling. Who You Are
3–6 years of experience in social-first content creation, ideally for a culture-forward brand, agency, or media company. Have a pulse on fashion, entertainment, and purpose-driven storytelling with a strong POV on developing creative content. A deep understanding of the social media landscape including optimizing creative for content performance. Fluency in the differences between social media platforms, audiences, cultures and subcultures, and how to exist in each. Skilled in photography, videography, editing, and motion or social design. Experienced with mobile content creation. You should have a strong portfolio of video content. A deep passion for people-centered storytelling. Skilled at interviewing and creating comfort for talent on camera. Proficient in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, and CapCut. Strong communication and collaboration skills, balanced with the ability to work autonomously. Fast, resourceful, collaborative. Willing to travel and work off hours as needed for events and campaigns. Bonus if you’ve worked on UGC-style campaigns or partnered with influencers.
