We’re looking for a
Brand Marketing Manager
who is first and foremost a
fantastic writer —someone who can transform complex ideas into clear, compelling content. You’ll own ampliFI’s B2B brand and thought leadership, while managing a fast-paced workload with precision and creativity. This is a high-impact role for someone who is equal parts
writer, strategist, and organizer : A natural storyteller who enjoys crafting compelling, polished content. A detail-driven project manager who can balance multiple priorities without missing deadlines. A collaborative marketer who thrives on shaping brand presence, driving awareness, and producing measurable results. What You’ll Do Writing & Content Creation Serve as ampliFI’s lead writer—producing high-quality content across channels: social media, whitepapers, case studies, blogs, newsletters, press releases, sales decks, and client campaigns. Ensure every piece reflects ampliFI’s brand voice and strategic messaging. Translate complex financial/loyalty concepts into engaging, accessible narratives for executives and decision-makers. Partner with design to deliver visually polished, impactful materials. Brand & Product Marketing Lead brand and product marketing strategies that grow awareness and adoption among financial institutions. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, relationship management, and distribution teams to align messaging with business goals. Develop creative campaigns that reinforce ampliFI’s positioning in the financial services marketplace. Campaigns & Client Engagement Manage end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns and promotions for financial institution clients. Build lifecycle journey maps and retention strategies to deepen client relationships. Track campaign success and share results with key internal and external stakeholders. Thought Leadership Drive ampliFI’s thought leadership efforts by developing and publishing case studies, industry insights, and blogs. Compile competitive research and industry trends to position ampliFI as a leader in loyalty and engagement. Digital & Analytics Oversee corporate website content and optimization—enhancing user experience, improving SEO/AI search, and generating leads. Measure and report on brand and campaign performance across website analytics, Google Ads, social media, and competitor benchmarking. Translate data into actionable recommendations that sharpen strategy. Internal Communications Lead internal communication initiatives that keep ampliFI employees informed, engaged, and inspired. What You Bring Exceptional writing and editing ability—you love writing, you’re great at it, and you take pride in delivering clear, compelling, and error-free content. Superior organizational skills—you thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines without losing focus or accuracy. 3-5 years of brand, product, and B2B marketing experience (financial services, payments, or loyalty/rewards a plus). Experience creating and executing campaigns that drive measurable growth and engagement. Strong storytelling skills and the ability to adapt tone and style across formats. Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, WordPress; Adobe Creative Cloud a plus). A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field—or equivalent experience. Work Environment & Physical Demands This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones.
