Spring 2026: Studio Production Artist Co-op (January through June) – Join to apply for the Spring 2026: Studio Production Artist Co-op role at SharkNinja.
Work Period: January 2026 through June 2026
Location & Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week onsite in Needham, MA (5 days per week). No relocation or housing assistance.
Compensation: $25/hr – $34/hr, with details set according to a standardized scale aligned with your educational level at hire.

This role As a Studio Production Artist Co-op, you’ll work closely with SharkNinja’s in-house Creative team and learn from Production Designers. You’ll immerse yourself in the brands and collaborate with Creative Copywriters, Designers, Project Managers, Product Developers, and Brand Managers to execute and deliver high-quality production files for all products based on current Brand thinking.
Responsibilities
Execute high-quality, print-ready mechanicals for packaging, displays, collateral, and more
Assist digital team with retailer web graphics and layouts
Support creative in the development of new product launches
Collaborate with designers and marketing partners to advance ideas and complete projects
Deliver on tight deadlines
Qualifications
Education: Current student in their third year or beyond of a bachelor’s program, or has graduated within the past year
Must be able to come into the office 5 days per week
Academic studies related to graphic design
Experience using Adobe InDesign in internships, co-ops, or extensive academic projects
Preferred: experience with other Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop and Illustrator)
Understanding of a digital-first mentality and current design trends; eagerness to learn new ones
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
Ability to adhere to brand standards, file naming, and creative server structures
Excellent communication and project management skills
Experience with packaging is a plus
