Overview
Sr. National Accounts Risk Control Representative. This position is fully remote and located in the northeastern region of the United States. The role focuses on large fleet motor carriers and partners with the National Accounts team to apply risk control knowledge to help our largest insureds reduce risk and impact. Responsibilities
Consult with the management teams of insured customers to recommend and analyze risk control strategic initiatives and techniques. Contribute to Great West’s business development by evaluating risks and exposures and helping acquire and retain profitable accounts. Partner with current and potential insureds to develop strategies to mitigate risk and analyze loss trends and safety needs. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or professional-level experience with motor carrier fleet operations, insurance risk management, or safety consulting to the motor carrier industry Safety certifications or willingness to obtain Leadership experience in safety, operations, or risk management Adept in networking, building relationships, negotiating, and problem-solving Enjoy coaching, education, giving public presentations, and approaching work with a consultative mindset Strong customer service orientation and excellent public speaking skills Self-starter, organized, analytical, professional, and committed to excellence Benefits
