Wealth Advisor III - Palm Beach / Boca Raton at Truist. This role focuses on serving as the primary relationship advisor for high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients, delivering high-quality, needs-based wealth management services and Truist Wealth solutions. Responsibilities

Meet revenue growth, profitability and client retention goals by acquiring new clients through business development and by expanding services and marketing new products to existing clients. Self-acquire new business by being active and well connected in the community. Serve as the expert level "market moving" advisor with the ability to handle the most challenging, sensitive and complex banking relationships. Develop relationships with external referral sources; collaborate with specialists and IRM partners (credit, mortgage, planning, investment, trust and fiduciary services, and insurance) to support client service and business development while managing cost-to-serve requirements. Use advanced credit knowledge to lead conversations and the delivery model for clients and prospects. Partner with Truist product specialists (investments, trust, mortgage, insurance, etc.) to deliver integrated solutions and grow client relationships. Thrive in a team-based approach to deliver the full suite of Truist Wealth solutions and serve as a role model for others. Maintain mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external centers of influence (e.g., CCB, CIG, regional leadership, local advisory boards, CPAs, attorneys, civic groups) to enhance marketing efforts. Stay updated on economic, legal, financial planning, investment trends affecting affluent clients; act as a personal financial planning/advisory resource for clients and professionals (attorneys, CPAs). Maintain compliance with legal, operating, and regulatory controls within the risk framework to ensure a high-quality, compliant portfolio of relationships. Use sound judgment on expenses and operational efficiency while managing client relationships. Qualifications

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree Required. FINRA licenses including Series 7, Series 66, and SIE as applicable; Life, Health, and Variable Insurance licenses; ensure continuing education compliance. 8+ years of sales and client management experience in Wealth Management with demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients with complex credit and banking needs. Proven track record in interpersonal, sales, presentation and relationship management in the high net worth market. Advanced credit knowledge with a track record handling complex credit deals and collaboration with a senior credit advisor. Proven knowledge of deposit, credit and investment products. Experience in a goal-based, results-driven sales environment with tools such as leaderboards and pipeline reporting. Ability to thrive as an active team participant. Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office). Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including related background checks. Preferred Qualifications: CFP, CTFA, CFA, CPA, JD or MBA preferred; completion or enrollment in related certification programs (CFA, CFP, CPWA, CPA). 5+ years of wealth management sales and client management experience with high net worth clients. Graduate of a leadership or management development program (e.g., LDP, Banking School). Benefits
