Finance associates embody four key roles: Enhance enterprise value as a ‘Trustee’, deliver sustainable performance as an ‘Integrator’, reshape the business as a ‘Catalyst’ of change, and set long-term strategy as a ‘Navigator’. Capabilities include Strategic Business Partnership, Insights and Analytics, and Digital acumen. PepsiCo Finance is organized into functional areas across divisions. Roles include: Brand and Marketing Finance – annual/long-term brand plans, business cases for new innovation, budgeting and KPI performance. Financial Planning (FP&A) – monthly forecasts, operating plan, three-year plan, presentations for Executive Committee and investors. Sales / Commercial Finance – revenue and profit planning with Customer Teams, trade spend management. Revenue Management – pricing, packaging, customer strategy, trend analysis. Supply Chain Finance – manufacturing/distribution economics, productivity initiatives, capacity analysis. Mergers & Acquisitions – transactions, due diligence, financial modeling, approvals (NY). Treasury – liquidity, FX/commodity exposure, hedging, renewals. Global Procurement FP&A – forecasts, commodity pricing, hedging analysis (New York). Strategy and Transformation – long-term strategy, M&A support, global initiatives (New York and Plano). Responsibilities

What you can expect: Onboarding training and ongoing development. Work across PepsiCo environments supporting iconic brands such as Gatorade, Quaker, and Frito-Lay. Roles available in the following locations: Chicago, IL; Plano, TX; Purchase, NY. Qualifications

What we’re looking for

Currently pursuing a degree in Finance (other related majors will be considered). Bright, self-starting, innovative thinkers passionate about consumer products. Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration. Interest in corporate finance with strong communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills. Bias for working with numbers. Minimum Qualifications

Be completing the final year of MBA studies or have an MBA before start date. Minimum of three years of full-time work experience. This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States. The expected compensation range for this role is $127,000 - $128,000 base salary, depending on the full-time schedule and location. Role, degree, and location influence starting salary. Compensation for campus hires is pre-determined and non-negotiable. Paid time off includes vacation, holiday, sick, bereavement, and parental leave as per policy (eligibility applies).
