Primary responsibilities
Lead and oversee human resources and people operations efforts aligned to business objectives across the organization.
Partner with executive leadership to shape people strategy, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
Support and drive talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate people strategy into action and measurable outcomes.
Oversee people analytics and reporting to inform decision making and optimize processes.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and promote an inclusive, equitable workplace.
Qualifications
3-5+ years of cross-channel media management experience is required (note: this is listed as part of the original responsibilities; if this role is primarily People & Culture, consider aligning expectations accordingly).
Strong analytical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Strong project and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
Location, travel & commute Candidates must reside within a commutable distance from one of Mars United Commerce’s Detroit, Dallas, Chicago, New York or Bentonville locations.
Compensation & Benefits Compensation Range: $73,910 - $116,380 annually. Compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience. The company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Benefits for regular roles include medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), and paid time off. Temporary roles may participate in a freelancer/temporary medical plan and may qualify for the 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria are met. The posting anticipates an application deadline of November 30, 2025.
