Overview
Advisor Employee Services presents the Service Advisor role with EA Buck Financial Services in Pleasanton, CA. We are seeking a strong, detail-oriented individual to assist with various industry tasks to help ensure the office runs efficiently. Our formula for success is to put our customers first.
Responsibilities
Private Wealth Manager: Maintain required licenses, abide by applicable rules/regulations, maintain E&O insurance, act as fiduciary for fee-based clients, attend scheduled meetings and workshops, learn and apply EPIC Planning and EPIC Products, communicate promptly with clients and internal teams, master tools (Nitrogen, Retirement Analyzer, Salesforce, etc.), use tax projection tools effectively, prepare for client meetings, document all client communications in Salesforce, set and pursue annual/quarterly/monthly sales goals, provide excellent service, and engage in ongoing education (minimum 4 financial/educational books per year).
New Business Processor: Manage incoming requests, review Life/Annuity/Security applications, enter data into tracking systems, prepare and process new business for assigned advisors, scan and upload documents, submit to Broker/Dealer and vendors, ensure all requirements are satisfied, verify source of funds, process urgent servicing items, and track daily in Salesforce. All new business applications with a check should be processed within 24 hours.
Client Coordinator: Participate in daily check-ins and meetings, return client calls/emails within 2 hours, update CRM with client and business information, prepare client review summaries, coordinate with Advisors, and drive booked appointments for unbooked clients, members, and DISCOs. Back up administrative staff during lunch, vacation, and sick days.
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous client interaction in an office environment
5+ years of Financial Industry Experience preferred
CFP preferred
Life & Health with Series 65 or Series 7 & 66 combination
Skills: Analytical, Self-Motivated, Self-Directed, Strong Interpersonal Communication, Highly Organized, Advanced Computer Skills
Salary
$70K-$80K
Monthly commission (uncapped)
