Truveta is hybrid-friendly with in-person attendance required for one week during the year for Planning Week. For team productivity, meetings are optimized for Pacific Time, with ad hoc meetings between 8am-6pm PT. Most employees are based in PST-friendly time zones.
Opportunity The Partner Research & Success Manager will report to the Director of Partner Research and Success on the Partner Research and Success team. They will focus on facilitating strategic engagement and expansion of relationships with life science clients, academic institutions, and healthcare systems. This role involves onboarding, training, education, and ongoing encouragement of Truveta’s customers.
Responsibilities
Support a portfolio of Truveta customer relationships across a range of research projects, including onboarding, ongoing education and training, conducting simple and complex data queries, and responding to ad-hoc requests.
Provide project management support to meet internal and external demands; develop targeted action plans, track progress, identify risks, and coordinate efforts.
Clearly summarize customer analyses in Truveta-branded reports, slide decks, and papers.
Build operational efficiency by maintaining and improving internal team processes, standards, and workflows.
Contribute to client growth by ensuring customers receive maximum value from their engagement with Truveta.
Identify and raise potential workflow issues; develop and provide recommendations for resolution.
Maintain internal visibility as a customer advocate within Truveta.
Occasional domestic travel (~5x/yr).
Attend virtual meetings aligned across US time zones, with a preference for PST where most employees are based.
Required Skills
4+ years of experience in a field with exposure to real-world data (RWD/RWE), public health research, or regulatory submissions.
2+ years in customer success, account management, or consulting, ideally with life science customers.
Strong project management, written and oral communication skills; ability to ask questions and navigate ambiguity.
Ability to work independently, own deliverables, and juggle multiple projects.
Proactive mindset to operationalize solutions and solve problems quickly.
Attention to detail and timely, accurate task completion.
Ability to communicate scientific/technical information to less familiar audiences.
Professionalism and enthusiasm.
Preferred Qualifications These qualifications are preferred but not required. You will likely learn these skills on the job if not already proficient.
Bachelors and/or Masters in public health or a quantitative discipline.
Clinical or health research experience including literature review, study protocol development, and manuscript writing.
Experience with statistical analysis and programming languages such as R, SQL, and Python.
