Sr. Growth Product Manager - Mobile at Adobe. The Adobe Digital Strategy and Growth team seeks a passionate, data-driven product manager to own mobile growth initiatives, grounded in data and high-velocity experimentation, to drive monthly active users and revenue through rigorous A/B testing and continuous optimization. What You’ll Do
Experimentation & Optimization: design, implement, and analyze A/B tests across mobile funnels, prioritize experiments by impact, collaborate with Data Science to interpret results, and iterate to improve conversion and growth. Growth Strategy Development: define strategies to drive user acquisition, monetization, and retention; translate insights into a mobile-optimization roadmap and prioritize tests that enhance the customer journey; lead sell and price testing to drive revenue growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Finance to translate findings into product improvements and ensure execution of growth initiatives. Data Analysis & Reporting: monitor KPIs (conversion, churn, revenue), document test plans and results, and provide regular updates on growth performance and experiment outcomes. Thought Leadership & Expertise: serve as a subject matter expert for mobile growth initiatives and provide execution guidance to the team. What You’ll Need to Succeed
Entrepreneurial Drive & Strategic Execution: startup mentality, able to break down complex challenges, build scalable strategies, and drive initiatives from ideation to implementation. Customer-Centric Leadership & Data-Driven Decision Making: strong empathy for B2C users, leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decisions; metrics-first mindset with A/B testing and cohort analysis. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influencing: proven ability to partner across functions, with excellent communication to align teams around goals. Mobile Growth & Monetization Expertise: deep experience in mobile app growth and monetization, including in-app purchases and subscriptions. Organizational Excellence & Prioritization: strong prioritization and project management to balance short-term and long-term goals.
