Exempt, Part-time Responsibilities

Teach up to one course per 10-week term in the DMFT program. Prepare course materials, assess student performance, and foster an engaging learning environment. Stay current with developments in DMFT and incorporate new knowledge into teaching. Attend departmental meetings and faculty development activities. Qualifications

Terminal degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related discipline. At least five years of related experience. Professional license or credential. Skills and Abilities

Specialization in clinical research, healthcare program development, or related areas. Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, learning management systems, and educational technology. Physical and Other Requirements

Light office work; ability to lift 20 pounds; flexibility for occasional evening/weekend work; adherence to safety and university policies; support for Marianist values and respect for Native Hawaiian and Pacific Island communities. Additional Details

This is a part-time, exempt position, approximately 19 hours/week, with potential schedule variations. Willingness to work evenings/weekends and perform related duties is required.
