The Department of Medicine’s Division of Rheumatic and Autoimmune Diseases at the University of Minnesota is searching for an Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor on the Academic Clinical Track. The new hire will provide clinical care for patients with rheumatology and autoimmune diseases in outpatient clinics and inpatient consultation services. Call services are distributed among Division faculty based on clinical FTE. This position comprises 85% clinical time and 15% academic time. Faculty are expected to participate in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows, precept fellow continuity clinics, and engage in learner didactics and weekly conferences. All faculty are encouraged to publish annually and participate in Division and Department meetings. Qualifications

Required Qualifications: M.D. and Board Certified in Rheumatology Demonstrated excellence in patient care Strong enthusiasm for medical education and teaching skills Ability to obtain a medical license in Minnesota Ability to pass credentialing at all applicable sites Ability to receive work authorization in the U.S. is required. Pay and Benefits

The role is a joint appointment with a starting salary of $55,000 from the University of Minnesota, with additional clinical salary through Minnesota Physicians. Total compensation is competitive, aligned with AAMC benchmarks.
