Base pay range : $126,148.63/yr - $163,993.22/yr Responsibilities

Partner with various teams to design, build and maintain data systems and applications. Analyze and design data storage structures and build performant automated data pipelines that are reliable and scalable. Leverage data modeling principles and modern data platforms to design and implement data pipeline solutions. Work with analytic SQL and traditional relational databases and/or distributed systems such as AWS S3, Hadoop/Hive, Redshift. Provide production support and adhere to defined SLAs. Demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and adherence to data security, compliance, and healthcare policies. Communicate effectively with peers across technology teams and at all levels of the organization. Qualifications

Bachelors degree in computer science or related field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in data engineering and end-to-end automation of data pipelines (10+ years with a Bachelors; 8+ years with a Masters). Technical skills: Data Warehousing, strong SQL, Python; experience with Snowflake, Redshift, AWS, GCP; DBT Cloud, GitLab, Terraform, Serverless EMR, Snowflake, AWS services (S3, Glue, Athena), Data Vault 2. Familiarity with data science and BI workflows; experience in production support and troubleshooting. Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work with all levels of the organization; healthcare industry experience is a plus. Experience with orchestration and deployment tools (Airflow, Terraform, CloudFormation), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes); agile methodology and DevOps processes. 3+ years of data modeling and familiarity with AI/ML and BI tools is a plus.
