We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Data Operations Analyst to lead and optimize our investment data operations. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of our investment data, while also driving process improvements. We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days a week. Location(s): Milwaukee, WI Responsibilities

Data Quality Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive data quality frameworks, standards, and procedures across all investment data domains. Data Operations Optimization: Analyze existing data operations workflows and identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to understand their data needs and ensure data quality meets their requirements. Investment Data Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of investment data domains, including market data, security master data, portfolio holdings, transactions, and performance data. We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Data Operations Analyst with a proven track record in the investment management industry to lead and optimize our data quality and operational efficiency. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in a data operations or data analysis role within the investment management industry. Proven track record of leading and mentoring teams. Strong understanding of financial instruments, investment management workflows, and data governance principles. Advanced proficiency in SQL and data manipulation tools (e.g., Python, R). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Base Pay Range: $160,000 - $190,000.
