Sr. AI Editor and Content Storyteller at ThirdLove. This role focuses on integrating generative AI into content creation workflows, including copywriting, photo, and video to support our content strategy. The candidate will work with internal teams and external agencies to translate the brand mission and values into captivating stories, images, and videos that resonate with the target audience. Base pay range: $120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr. The actual pay will be based on skills and experience. What You Will Own And How You Will Make A Difference
Vet, test and manage best-in-class creative AI tools that meet brand standards for copy, image, and video Design and own AI-driven content initiatives across platforms to generate content that adheres to established brand aesthetic, voice, and tone Develop and manage AI-driven workflows, prompt libraries, and processes to maximize content output Smoothly blend AI-generated drafts with expert human copywriting, injecting brand voice, persuasion, and emotional connection into final assets Craft expert-level prompts to direct AI in generating on-brand copy and creative assets Serve as point person for all copy, rigorously editing and fact-checking AI content for accuracy, originality, and brand safety Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure AI-generated content aligns with brand strategy and campaigns Oversee copywriting support and external agencies to deliver high-quality, on-brand copy Oversee standard copy work previously handled by external agencies to ensure brand consistency Write and edit clear, concise copy for marketing materials, including product descriptions, advertising campaigns, and website content; collaborate with Design leads on seasonal campaigns and product launches Partner with internal and external teams to complement photo and video content with AI assets by channel Stay up-to-date with advancements in generative AI and recommend new tools to enhance content creation Be solution-oriented, self-starting, and entrepreneurial Take on various other tasks as needed You Have
Proven experience in visual design, copywriting, and content creation, preferably within a brand or agency setting Demonstrated expertise in utilizing generative AI tools for content creation Strong understanding of brand voice, storytelling, and marketing principles Excellent editing and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail Ability to develop and manage efficient content workflows Strong communication and collaboration skills A portfolio showcasing relevant creative and AI-driven content projects is a plus Experience leading and managing teams, with deep understanding of brand voice and storytelling Experience training and working with AI copywriting tools Proven ability to manage external agencies and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration Editorial aesthetic with strong grammar, wordplay, humor, and memorable messaging Ability to tailor copy for different mediums to drive conversion and engagement Ability to prioritize and manage work to meet critical timelines in a fast-paced environment Additional Skills
