We are looking for a

Director of Student Operations

to support and scale critical operational areas at Campus. In the next year, your primary focus will be Financial Aid and Student Accounts, ensuring the team has the right systems, processes, and reporting in place to run smoothly. Over time, this role may expand to other operational areas as Campus grows. Reporting to the VP of Operations, you’ll work closely with the FA and Student Accounts team leads, helping to

optimize day-to-day operations, solve bottlenecks, and design scalable processes

that improve both the student and staff experience. This is not a “keep the lights on” role. We’re looking for a

builder

— someone who can dig into workflows, spot inefficiencies, and create technology-enabled solutions that raise the bar.
