Assistant Store Manager (ASM) at TitleMax, Lee's Summit, MO. You’ll support customers through real financial needs while gaining hands-on experience running a store. Develop leadership skills in real-time by driving account management, customer outreach, and risk management. A performance-driven, people-first role with growth potential. Responsibilities

Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs. Assess risk of financial transactions and accurately process loan/pawn applications, check cashing transactions, and ancillary products. Complete daily call campaigns to market services, build new business, and nurture customer relationships to enhance brand recognition and loyalty. Oversee account management and recovery processes, including collection calls, while maintaining a strong focus on customer service to prevent loss and charge-offs. Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy and integrity. Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures. Perform on-site duties as needed, including store errands and external marketing. Support, participate in, and host in-store and community events; leverage partnerships to meet performance standards. Maintain store security protocols and standard opening/closing procedures, including vault and cash drawer management. Support compliance with Company policies, local/state/federal laws, conduct store audits, and compile financial data. Monitor store appearance and cleanliness; address facilities needs and schedule maintenance. Work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks to meet individual and team goals. Maintain a full-time in-person schedule, including weekends, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Schedules may change per brand discretion. Additional duties as directed by leadership. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum one year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail. At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or related leadership experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with phones, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems. Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama). Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a personal vehicle during workday (mileage compensated). Background check required and conducted in accordance with applicable law. Ability to meet physical demands, including standing up to 90% of the time, lifting/moving up to 25 pounds, and operating mechanical controls. Preferred Qualifications

Management experience in retail, convenience store, grocery, finance, or related industries. Experience with check cashing, document verification, and money order processing. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus and may be required for some locations. Benefits
