Job Details: Job Type: Part-time/Full-time (up to 35 hours per week) Location: Our company offers a range of services across various Hawaiian islands, including Kauai, Maui, the Big Island, and Oahu. Pay: Up to $35/hour depending on experience and education Responsibilities: Implementation of treatment plans developed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) addressing communication, behavior, feeding, and social skill needs Monitor the progress of clients and work closely with the BCBA to update treatment plans as necessary The ABA technician/RBT position is a part-time, hourly position, working in a client's home, in the community or school setting After-school, weekend, in-home, and daytime hours are available School hours are also available Requirements: Valid RBT certification (Hawaii Behavioral Health offers a paid certification program) High School Diploma minimum, Associate's or Bachelor's degrees preferred Experience working with individuals with autism, other intellectual or developmental disabilities, and/or severe problem behavior preferred CPR/BLS certification preferred but not required Ability to drive to a variety of locations on the island Ability to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, run repeatedly, and for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Associate Degree (or 48 college credits) required.
