Responsibilities
Act as a frontline thought partner to dedicated leaders on all aspects of the employee experience: full employee life cycle, talent onboarding, organizational architecture, change management, employee engagement initiatives, total rewards, performance management, career development, employee relations, off-boarding, etc. Own the employee experience through the implementation of robust onboarding strategies (e.g., stay interviews, check-ins, focus groups, employee engagement surveys) and analyze results to provide management with action plans to improve culture and retention. Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to leadership (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions); work with management and employees to improve work relationships, morale, productivity and retention. Facilitate regular 9-Box exercises and assist in leadership-tool kit adoption to promote upward mobility, career pathing, and succession planning. Partner with business leaders to determine organizational structure, compensation analysis, required skill sets, and capabilities to deliver equity and retention strategies. Facilitate compliance-based training for new and emerging leaders; mitigate risk (e.g., wage and hour, coaching/counseling, IP/ADA processes, LOA administration, investigations, offboarding). Administer LOA and IP/ADA processes in collaboration with benefits team and HR partners; support with regional HR leadership. Generate monthly HR metrics (e.g., headcount, turnover, diversity, retention, promotions, LOA cases) and analyze trends; support data-informed people strategies and client reviews. Assist in annual benefit open enrollment; provide field assistance to employees with questions about benefits. Implement local strategies to drive user adoption of VVG University training programs and ensure compliance with required skill development. Interpret HR policy for local management and ensure regulatory compliance in day-to-day HR management. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when interacting with employees at all levels. Local travel to client group locations required; four days in office with an optional remote day.
Qualifications & Requirements
5+ years of multi-location Human Resources experience. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Masters in Industrial Relations or Human Resources Management preferred. SHRM-CP or PHR credentials are highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in Spanish preferred. Strong understanding of HR concepts, practices, programs, and methodologies. Team-oriented with a results-driven approach in a fast-paced environment. Self-driven, analytical thinker with strong organizational and planning skills. Professional demeanor when interfacing with all levels of the organization as a primary point of contact for the team. English and Spanish bilingual required.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to pass post-offer drug test and background check.
Compensation
Base Pay: $100,000 - $105,000/year (depending on experience and qualifications). Full-time role.
