Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment. Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs. Lead by example in brand selling behaviors to provide an exceptional customer experience. Support the sales leader during non-peak hours, with the customer as the primary focus. Collaborate with the store leadership team to ensure work tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Develop and share expertise in the product lifecycle. Support completion of work before or after store hours, including opening and/or closing checklists. Leverage omni-channel channels to deliver a frictionless customer experience. Ensure all compliance standards are met. Who You Are
