Lead product launch and sustaining strategies for current and future insulin pump systems, to include integrated Continuous Glucose Monitoring. Responsible for growth strategies, commercial messaging, and supporting tools to help the organization achieve business targets. Develop comprehensive commercial marketing strategy for pump systems to meet the needs of patient and HCP customers and drive revenue growth. Determine marketing messages, programs, and support tools for field execution. Analyze business trends and customer insights to determine new opportunities. Lead the launch of new pump and integrated CGM products. Responsible for sustaining product lifecycle management, growth, and discontinuation decisions. Partner with Sales Operations and Finance to anticipate product utilization and demand forecast. Develop quarterly Plan of Action in collaboration with marketing and region partners; enable the regions with marketing support to drive utilization and achieve forecast. Travel approximately 25%. Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of marketing, sales, or program management experience OR Masters’ degree with 7+ years marketing, sales, or program management experience Nice to Have
MBA Medical device experience Product launch experience Experience in Diabetes Technical/clinical aptitude Sales orientation or exposure to working with a high performing sales force Demonstrated ability to develop and implement marketing plans with strong evidence of product management experience Physical Job Requirements

Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package. Salary ranges for U.S. locations (excl. PR): $189,600.00 - $284,400.00. This position is eligible for a short-term incentive (Medtronic Incentive Plan) and an annual long-term incentive plan. The base salary range applies across the United States, with variations by experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Regular employees may receive various benefits and compensation plans, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with employer contribution and match, paid time off, and more.
