— Hire locations: Redwood City, CA; Vancouver, BC; Los Angeles, CA; or Kirkland, WA. Hybrid - 6 month contract. What You’ll Do

Design compelling creative for marketing campaigns, lifecycle communications, social, video, landing pages, and in‑product moments Help evolve and maintain the visual identity of the brand—ensuring consistency and creativity across platforms Collaborate closely with the Brand and Editorial Copywriter to craft unified, voice-and-visual narratives Translate strategy into clear, engaging visual storytelling that resonates with players Support the creation and upkeep of brand guidelines, design systems, and reusable templates Participate in brainstorms, critiques, and creative reviews—bringing ideas and constructive feedback to the table Stay on top of trends in gaming, digital design, and player culture to keep our brand fresh and relevant What We’re Looking For

5-7 years of experience in brand design, visual storytelling, or creative marketing—ideally in gaming, entertainment, or youth-driven brands A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional craft and versatility across formats (digital, social, motion, CRM, etc.) Strong command of typography, layout, color, and visual systems Experience designing across a variety of channels—from static to motion, paid to organic Collaborative mindset and the ability to work fluidly with copywriters, strategists, and cross-functional partners Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced creative environment Passion for games and an understanding of how to speak to gaming audiences visually Nice to Have

Experience working within or evolving a brand system Familiarity with performance design, social, A/B testing, or lifecycle marketing Basic motion skills (After Effects, Figma animation, etc.) Compensation And Benefits

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant factors (education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). PAY RANGES British Columbia (e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) $111,600 - $152,800 CAD California (e.g. Los Angeles vs. San Francisco) $124,100 - $182,800 USD In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off, sick time, holidays, health insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) for temporary full-time employees scheduled to work full time.
