Lead the technical implementation of ECM, IDP, Capture, and Automation solutions. Translate business requirements and technical specs into actionable development plans and design documentation. Coordinate cross-functional workstreams (PMs, architects, developers) and lock in Level of Effort (LOE). Own technical quality—define test cases, oversee QA, and troubleshoot issues as needed. Collaborate with presales to leverage reusable data models from previous projects. Drive Agile product execution—manage epics, stories, and backlog for development sprints. Ensure solutions are aligned with client expectations, infrastructure needs, and security standards. Manage multiple projects or focus on one large-scale delivery depending on scope. Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 8–10 years of technical solutions implementation, with experience across new and legacy solutions, integration, development, or information management. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience. Strong computer skills: proficient with Google application bundle. Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, RUP) and DevOps/CI-CD delivery models. Hands-on experience with content capture and automation tools (e.g., Kofax Capture/KTM, Globalscape, UIPath, AutoIT, Automate). Expertise in information and document management systems (ECM, DMS, BPM, Workflow Automation, IDP). Background in SaaS, outsourcing, or hosted solutions is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills; ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders. Experience working with global teams and Centers of Excellence (COE); highly organized and customer-focused; able to work remotely or across time zones; English required (additional languages a plus). Technical Experience

Must Have: .NET/.NET Core, C#, HTML, CSS, Java, Python, and/or Angular; SQL, MongoDB, or Oracle; ETL/Reporting; MVC, API, Microservices, NodeJS; Git repository management; 2FA, Firewalls; Cloud/on-prem hosting. Good to Have: Hyland OnBase, SharePoint, Captiva, Filenet, eFlow, Kofax; AI/ML foundations; Azure/GCP/AWS; Serverless, Kubernetes; Microsoft Projects, Jira. Team & Culture
