This position involves a full-time traveling assignment across the United States supporting sports projects, reporting to the Sports Market Segment Group. Prior sports-related project experience is strongly preferred.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the Operations Manager on assignment of Superintendent and Foreman positions.

Assign and coordinate trade field assignments based on project needs.

Support Superintendents throughout the project.

Review project schedules with Superintendents/Foremen, ensuring critical activities and ROJ dates are met.

Document and communicate project field issues impacting budget, quality, or schedule.

Respond to subcontractor requests regarding field issues.

Oversee the development and maintenance of a Resource Allocation Control System (RACS).

Implement the Project Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program.

Identify self-perform opportunities and assist in developing proposals.

Manage self-perform performance.

Collaborate with the Safety Director to enforce safety programs.

Manage ReCAP progress for field tradespeople.

Develop and maintain a progression/succession plan for tradesmen.

Support training initiatives for tradesmen.

Assist Business Development, Estimating, and Project Executives in operational planning.

Support logistics planning during pre-construction and early project phases.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and at least ten years of related experience or equivalent; proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, SharePoint; capable of traveling over 50% of the time; excellent communication skills; ability to work independently and in teams.

Physical Demands:

Ability to climb stairs, ladders, negotiate work areas, and lift up to 50 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be provided.

Work Environment:

On-site at construction locations with exposure to mechanical parts, heights, airborne particles, weather, and noise.
