Food and Consumable associates are focused on two things: taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor and create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer. Base pay and benefits
Base pay range:
$14.00/hr - $27.00/hr . The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may apply in specific circumstances (ranging from
$0.35 to $3.00 per hour ). Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met. Benefits include medical, vision and dental coverage; 401(k) and company‑paid life insurance; and paid time off benefits (parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, and voting). Other benefits include short‑term and long‑term disability, employee discounts, Military Leave Pay, adoption and surrogacy expense reimbursement, and more. You may also receive PTO/PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes.
